Castro Ventosa is one of Bierzo legend Raul Perez's many projects. Made from 100-year-old Mencía and 6% white grapes, Cepas Centenarias is a reference point for Bierzo and arguably one of Spain's most impressive wines. Recently, it has only been produced in 2016 and 2018.
