2022 Hervé Souhaut Syrah
Hervé Souhaut founded his Rhone Valley domaine in 1993 and farms 5 hectares of old vines ranging in age from 50-100 years old. Souhaut produces his wines entirely from whole grape bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, leading to balanced and elegant final wines. This lively Syrah shows flavors of red and black fruits, smoked meat, violets and has a crisp mineral edge.
