Romain Le Bars is part of a group of young vignerons including Valentin Valles, Sébastien Chatillon, Gregory Guillaume, and Charles Soulier, whose collective mission is to put southern Rhône/Gard on the natural wine map in a meaningful way. Romain works a 1.50 hectare vineyard and had his first harvest in 2018.
