The Coutier vineyards are all located in the 100% Grand Cru village of Ambonnay on the Montagne de Reims which is known for its red wine grapes, mainly Pinot Noir. This rosé is unique in that the base of the wine consists entirely of 85% Chardonnay and then given its signature rosy hue from the addition of 15% still red Pinot Noir. Finished with dosage of 7g/L.
