Produced every year, the Etichetta Bianca comprises 100% Nebbiolo. This Nebbiolo is more translucent in color than those further south but still displays the variety's inherent tar and roses. The minerality is more pronounced because of the alpine elements, but the slate soils conjure an unmistakable finely-crushed rock quality commonly found in regions like the Mosel. Aging takes place in varying sized barrels for 30-36 months.
