Hugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg are representing the next generation of Burgundy winemakers with their recently acquired estate, Domaine de Cassiopée. The passion that drove them to Sampigny-les-Maranges - in the southernmost corner of the Cote de Beaune - was to find a place cold enough that could produce the fresh, light-footed wines they prefer to drink.

The wines are pure and energetic, with a commitment to showcasing the singular identity of each of their plots reflected by their release of eight site-specific cuvées.
